Requirements for consideration for the fellowship include:

  • Successful completion of a PM&R accredited residency
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Personal Statement
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • USMLE/COMLEX transcripts (steps 1, 2, & 3)
  • Photograph

We will begin accepting applications for the 2025-2026 academic year on January 22nd, 2024.  Early submission of application materials is encouraged.  The deadline for applications is April 30th.  All applications should be submitted through the NASS Application Portal at https://www.spine.org/match/mc/ISMM2023

Interview Dates: Interviews are generally held between May-June.

We will be participating in the North American Spine Society (NASS) Match for the 2024-2025 application cycle.

Training Dates: July 1st- June 30th
